What is the Early Access Program?

No one breaks Visor like our users. That's why we launched our Early Access Program (EAP). With EAP, users can opt-in to new features before they are launched to the general public to provide feedback, find bugs, and help us improve the feature for broader launch. 

How do I get involved?

We announce all our Early Access opportunities on LinkedIn as well as with in-app banners like the one pictured below. Follow the link in the LinkedIn post or click the "Get Access" button in the banner to fill out the associated form to become part of the EAP.

Can I opt-in as a single user for an EAP?

No. Since licenses are assigned at the organization/workspace level, opting into an EAP will opt-in everyone in your organization. The more the merrier, we think! 

Can I stop participating in the program if I don't like the feature?

Of course! If for whatever reason you decide to opt out of the EAP or you experience severe issues, you can reach out to our Customer Success team via chat or at support@visor.us and request to be removed from the EAP. 

Will all new features have an EAP option?

No, we do not anticipate running an EAP for all new features. Certain major features that will need substantial user feedback from Early Access participants will be run through this program.

Do I get a reward for participating in an EAP?

At this time, we do not plan on offering rewards or compensation for participating in an Early Access Program. If you'd like to learn more about how to earn rewards with Visor, check out our Review Incentive Program or Visor Visionaries.
