Overview:
Anyone can request to have an account deleted.
However, if you want to downgrade your paid plan (or remove a user from a workspace), you must be an admin.
We go over instructions for both of these options.

How to Downgrade Your Paid Visor Account (Admin Service-Service)
If you are an admin of your workspace (all workspace users are), you can go into Stripe to downgrade your plan (e.g., Visor Team plan --> Visor Starter plan) or to decrease the number of licenses in your workspace.
How admins can downgrade a paid plan:
Note: You must be an admin to downgrade your plan.
1. Admins can go to the settings' billing area and hit the "Modify plan" button.
2. From there, admins will go to Stripe where they can make advanced changes to their plan, such as downgrading a paid plan or decreasing the # of licenses in a workspace.
If Admin Self-Service Is Unavailable to You
If you can't modify your subscription on your own, you can take the following steps:
- In the top-right corner, open the avatar menu and click on the Settings menu item
- In the left-hand menu, click on Plan & Usage
- Scroll down to Account Management
- Click on the link to Chat with a Visor team member
This will open up the chat window, where a Visor team member can assist you in updating your subscription.
