If you'd like to delete or downgrade your Visor account, first go to your Profile in the top right corner.
Then, select "Settings" from the dropdown.
Once you are in the Settings page, select "Plan and Usage" from the lefthand menu.
At the bottom of that page, under Account Management, click on "Account Change Request Form" and fill out the form to request account deletion or downgrade. You will automatically be directed to the correct form based on your subscription level.
Once the form has been completed, a member of our team will reach out with confirmation the account has been deleted.
