What is the Visor Visionary Program?

No one breaks Visor like our users. That's why we launched our Visor Visionary Program (VVP).

With VVP, users can opt-in to new features before they are launched to the general public to provide feedback, find bugs, and help us improve the feature for broader launch. 

How do I get involved?

We announce all our VVP opportunities via email once you're accepted into VVP and in-app banners in our product. 

Can I opt-in as a single user for an VVP?

Yes, you can be the main person at your organization who engages with our Product Manager, Dmitriy, to give product feedback. 

Can I stop participating in the program if I don't like the feature?

Of course! If for whatever reason you decide to opt out of the VVP or you experience severe issues, you can reach out to our Customer Success team via chat or at support@visor.us and request to be removed from the EAP. 

Will all new features have an VVP option?

No, we do not anticipate running an EAP for all new features. Certain major features that will need substantial user feedback from Early Access participants will be run through this program.

Do I get a reward for participating in an vvp?

At this time, we do not plan on offering rewards or compensation for participating in an VVP. If you'd like to learn more about how to earn rewards with Visor, check out our Review Incentive Program or Visor Visionaries.
