Overview
Visor offers various plans to choose from, each with its own benefits for teams of different sizes. There are lots of plan configurations to choose from, and we even have add-ons for those customers that have more specific needs.
In this article, we’ll take a look at some ways to manage and update your plan.
Update payment info, billing info, and view invoice history
If you’re on a Visor Pro or Visor Ultimate plan, you (or someone else in your organization) already provided us with payment info in order to submit monthly or annual payments for Visor’s premium features.
Should you ever need to update your payment information, you can take the following steps:
NOTE: Visor allows one credit card per Workspace. If you want to update your credit card for your Workspace, the following instructions work for the billing email contact. Coordinate with your team to change the credit card and billing email contact associated with your account.
- In the top-right corner, open the avatar menu and click on the Settings menu item
- In the left-hand menu, click on Plan & Usage
- Scroll down to Account Management
- Click on the link to View & manage subscription information to open our payment processing system (Stripe)
- Enter the email address linked with the payment information to receive a login code
- Enter the login code which was sent to that email address
After logging into the payment portal, you’ll be able to update your payment method, billing information, and view your invoice history.
Update payment cadence, number of seats, and add-ons
Your Visor Pro or Visor Ultimate subscription is configured for monthly or annual payments. They’re also based on the number of seats used for Owners, Editors, and Commenters (you can have unlimited viewers, regardless of what plan you’re on). Additionally, some of our customers use integrations quite a bit and require additional add-ons with extra sync credits to support pushing and pulling lots of data between their connected apps.
Whatever your subscription configuration is, you may find yourself in need of modifying your subscription to ensure you can continue being as productive as possible in Visor. Should you ever need to update your subscription, you can take the following steps:
- In the top-right corner, open the avatar menu and click on the Settings menu item
- In the left-hand menu, click on Plan & Usage
- Scroll down to Account Management
- Click on the link to Chat with a Visor team member
This will open up the chat window, where a Visor team member can assist you in updating your subscription.
