Some things can happen outside of Visor's control that can impact workbook performance. But fret not! We are always here to help. Here are a couple of troubleshooting options that might help solve your problem. You can also always chat with us directly or write to support@visor.us
"Why won't my workspace load?"
If you are unable to load your Visor workspace (which is were your workbooks live), there may be an issue with your cache. To confirm, see if you can open Visor in a private browser window. If you can, follow the steps below to clear your cache:
In Chrome
- Navigate to the three dots in the top-right corner of your screen. Select "Settings" from the menu.
- Select "Privacy and security" and then "Site settings."
- In "Site settings" select "View permissions and data stored across sites."
- Search for Visor and click the trash can icon to delete Visor's cached information.
- Refresh your app.visor.us page, and you should be good to go!
In Safari
- In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Settings, then click "Privacy."
- Click "Manage Website Data."
- Select Visor, then click "Remove" or "Remove All."
Note: Removing cookies and website data in Safari may change or remove them in other apps or log you out of the application.
All other browsers
